A little bit about us!
Who We Are
We came into race timing from the organiser’s side of the fence. Having planned and delivered events ourselves, we understand just how much trust sits on the timing team. When that part runs smoothly, everything else feels calmer. When it doesn’t, the whole day feels heavier.
Our journey started when the timing team we’d worked with for years, Sally and Eugene, decided to retire. During a conversation about their next steps, they suggested we could step in, learn the ropes alongside them, and eventually take on their kit and event diary. It felt like a natural progression into the events world, and an opportunity we were incredibly grateful for.
From there, timing quickly became a real passion. We immersed ourselves in the detail, the preparation, and the responsibility that comes with delivering accurate results on race day. I took the lead on building the service, working closely with Sam, who is fast becoming an expert in the field. Together we’ve developed a calm, methodical approach that organisers can rely on.
We now support events of all shapes and sizes. From small, club-run races where community and simplicity matter most, through to large-scale events with thousands of athletes and complex logistics. The goal stays the same every time: deliver precise timing, clear communication, and a professional presence that lets organisers focus on the bigger picture.
Above all, we know what it feels like to hand this responsibility over to someone else. That’s why we treat every event as if it were our own. Preparation is thorough, delivery is steady, and on race day we aim to be the part of your operation you never have to worry about.
